This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations, ensuring fairness and transparency in our refund process. 1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request: To cancel your booking, please provide written notice via email or phone or Whatsapp. Ensure you receive a confirmation from us. This confirmation will serve as proof of cancellation and will help us process your refund efficiently. Please provide your booking reference number, name, and contact details to facilitate the cancellation process.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in this policy. The refund amount depends on the timing of the cancellation. We will assess the refund amount based on the notice period provided.
2. Refund Terms
Cancellation Before Move Date:
- 48–72 hours prior to move date: INR 1,000 deduction from deposit. Refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Less than 48 hours prior to move date: 90% payment deduction. 10% refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- On-Site Cancellation: If you cancel our service after the vehicle and moving team's has arrived at your location, your advance payment will not be refunded in full.
- Rescheduling: The token amount will be adjusted towards the new move date. The token amount will be held until the new move date is confirmed.
- Refund Amount Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the payment made and the timing of the cancellation. We will deduct applicable charges as per our policy.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation. You will receive an email and whatsapp notification once the refund has been processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the booking. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method (3–5 business days).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
- Client's Fault: If the cancellation is due to the client's fault or negligence, we reserve the right to deduct a significant portion of the payment.
- Other Non-Refundable Situations: We may not provide refunds in situations where the client has breached the terms of the agreement or has provided false or misleading information.
